• Designed the overall digital flow and Telegram community system, including onboarding structure, user channels, and content submission mechanics.
• Developed the UX for digital touchpoints, connecting physical posters and facilities to an online ecosystem.
• Co-led system strategy, focusing on how pet owners can serve as a social bridge between youth and nature.
• Created user journey maps and touchpoint diagrams to communicate service logic.
• Collaborated with team members on narrative framing, copywriting, and presentation storytelling.

The Telegram system designed in this project is currently under consideration
for real-world implementation by the Woodlands Botanical Garden team.
